Food Hygiene Trainer Course

About This Course

The Food Hygiene Trainer course qualifies you to deliver accredited food safety and hygiene training to food handlers and supervisors across Ireland. Food safety is regulated by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) and all food businesses must ensure their staff receive appropriate food hygiene training.

This course is fully adapted for Irish food safety legislation including EU Regulation 852/2004, the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Act 1998, and FSAI guidance. On completion you will hold a CPD-certified trainer qualification accepted by food businesses, hospitality employers and regulatory bodies across Ireland.
