Child Safeguarding Trainer Course

About This Course

The Child Safeguarding Trainer course qualifies you to deliver accredited child safeguarding and child protection training to professionals working with children across Ireland. Child safeguarding training is a legal requirement for all organisations providing services to children under the Children First Act 2015.

This course is fully adapted for Irish child protection legislation including the Children First Act 2015, Tusla guidance, and the National Vetting Bureau Act. On completion you will hold a CPD-certified trainer qualification accepted by Tusla-registered services, schools, sports organisations and voluntary sector providers across Ireland.
