Safeguarding Adults Trainer Course

About This Course

The Safeguarding Adults Trainer course qualifies you to deliver accredited safeguarding adults training to health and social care professionals across Ireland. Safeguarding vulnerable adults is a legal and ethical obligation for all Irish care providers regulated by HIQA and the HSE.

This course is fully adapted for Irish safeguarding legislation including the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015, the Health Act 2007, and HIQA National Standards. On completion you will hold a CPD-certified trainer qualification accepted by HIQA-registered services, HSE providers and voluntary sector organisations across Ireland.
